- What is your return policy?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 14
day window in which you can notify us via e-mail that you would like us to send you a pre-paid return label.
- How do I return my online purchase?
Items that you wish to return must be in unworn condition. Tags must be attached and liners must still be on.
If items have notable perfume scents or visible stains, a return will not be allowed.

Please indicate in your e-mail the item(s) you'd like to return and the reason and we will get the return process started on our end.
- I want to exchange my item for a different size/color?
If you placed an order online, we are currently not offering exchanges. You should instead place a new order for the item or items you would like.
You can however bring in your items for exchange in store:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages by USPS. We do everything to get your orders out in a timely fashion. Once your order leaves our facility it becomes the post office's responsibility and they should be contacted with the tracking number we provided for further assistance.
- Can I return or exchange Clearance/Final Sale items.
All items in these sections cannot be returned or exchanged.
- When will I get my money back?
We issue a refund as soon as we receive your return. It may take 3-5 business days, varying from credit institution to the next, to post to your original payment method.
- Can I get a refund on a Special Order?
Special orders are non refundable. We do not offer returns or exchanges due to the specificity of the order itself.
