Now that you've taken your bikinis home, here are some ways to keep them looking their best for a long time to come.
When you are ready to wash your swimsuit follow these steps:
- Wash individually for best results.
- Submerge in cold water only.
- Add mild soap.
- Gently hand wash, no rubbing.
- Remove excess water by gently squeezing your suit.
- Pat dry with a towel the remaining excess water.
- Hang to dry.
To keep the longevity of your suits intact follow these steps and avoid using washer/dryer. Also try to avoid highly chlorinated pools to prevent color fading.
- What is your return policy?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 14 day window in which you can notify us via e-mail that you would like us to send you a pre-paid return label.
- How do I return my online purchase?
Items that you wish to return must be in unworn condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- I didn't get my order?
We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages by USPS. We do everything to get your orders out in a timely fashion. Once your order leaves our facility it becomes the post office's responsibility and they should be contacted with the tracking number we provided for further assistance.
- Can I return or exchange Clearance/Final Sale items.
All items in these sections cannot be returned or exchanged.
- When will I get my money back?
We issue a refund as soon as we receive your return. It may take 3-5 business days, varying from credit institution to the next, to post to your original payment method.
