Store Credit & Returns We accept returns for store credit on all full price items within 14 days of delivery. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
How to Exchange If you wish to exchange an item, please visit our Returns Portal. Online exchanges will only be allowed if the item you choose to exchange is in stock. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, please select the return for store credit option.
Miami Local? Skip the shipping and bring your items directly to our studio: 14900 SW 136th St #109, Miami FL 33196 Monday–Friday 10am–5pm | Saturday 10am–2pm
Item Condition Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled. Hygiene liners must be intact. Tags must be attached. Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale and clearance items
- Items purchased with a promotional code of 20% off or more
- Custom/special orders
- Gift cards.
Refunds We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. All approved returns will be issued as store credit within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
Shipping Return/Exchange shipping is on us for US customers. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
